| What is anonymous FTP used for? |
| It is a method for giving users access to files so that they don't need to identify themselves when logging in. User name may be either 'anonymous' or 'ftp'. Leave the password field empty or enter any string. |

| How do I define a anonymous FTP account? |
Follow The steps below:
- Login to your site manager.
- Click Email/FTP in left nav bar.
- Click the Details tab.
- Click the Edit button.
- You will be prompted to a wizard screen.
- Select the Enable Anonymous FTP access check-box to activate an anonymous FTP account.
- Enter a directory for the anonymous FTP account or leave the default setting.
- You can enable an anonymous FTP user to upload files by selecting the Allow Write Permissions (Uploads) check-box.
- Enter the amount of MB that the anonymous FTP user can upload in the
Anonymous FTP quota (MB) field. When disabling anonymous FTP, the value in quota field is changed to N/A (the former value is deleted).
- Click Finish.
Note: Anonymous FTP is not available with all account types.
