How do I create subwebs in FrontPage?

In order to create a subweb, follow the steps below:
  1. Login to your site manager.
  2. Click Value Apps.
  3. Click the Web Development tab.
  4. Click Admin next to the frontpage value App.
  5. Login with your user-name and password.
  6. Click Create Subweb (second from top).

    Fill this in as follows:

    Virtual Host Name - leave this blank
    Port Number - should already be set to 80
    Web Name - This is the name of the subweb

    You can also Fill in the following if you wish:
    Admin Login/PW - You can create a separate user-name and password for someone to use just for this subweb. If you don't fill this in, it will default to the main users login/password. (See below to turn Authoring on)

    Unix User/Pass - Leave these blank, they will default to the correct user.

  7. Click Create Subweb and you are done.
If you want the main user to have access to the main web and all subwebs (a.k.a. Authoring):
  1. Go to the FrontPage Admin.
  2. Click Enable Authoring.
  3. Leave the Virtual Hostname blank.
  4. Click Enable Authoring.
